City of Mesa

Ran a free direct-to-employer training program for broadband technicians at Mesa Public Library, with employers teaching classes. Residents earned 12 certificates, and 9 were hired locally, a 75% job placement rate.

This partnership created a direct pipeline from our community to local employers. Residents gained valuable skills and immediate job opportunities.

What does it cost?

Nothing. The platform is free for schools, nonprofits, and government partners.

Can we track learners like an LMS?

Yes. Each partner has its own portal with full reporting on usage, progress, scores, and outcomes.

How long does it take to get started?

Most partners are live in 2 to 4 weeks. We learn your goals, set up your organization profile, align curriculum with your programs, and support you as you launch and scale.

What industries are covered?

Semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, broadband, green technology, aerospace, data centers, and more.

Do learners get jobs?

Yes. Learners complete employer-aligned training and connect directly with companies practicing skills-based hiring.

Is connecting to employers required?

No. Employer connections are optional and opt-in for each learner. Employers cannot see individual data without explicit consent, and learners control whether to share their progress.
